Authentic Turkish Cuisine
During our tour we will offer you a variety of delicious authentic Turkish dishes.
Your lunch is made out of only natural fresh ingredients. All of our vegetables and products are directly taken from our garden in Okcular (close to Dalyan) without any additives. All year round our mum, dad and ourselves are working very hard on the land to serve you all these purely natural ingredients.
Therefor our tasty turkish dishes are freshly prepared each day by our fantastic cook and by our mum at home in Dalyan. They start already with the preparations in the late evening and in the early morning so that It will be cooked to perfection. Our cook will do a fantastic job, especially given that almost everything is done on board.
What better way then to start your day with a organic turkish breakfast? It is the most important meal of the day and we guarantee you only natural fresh ,from our own land products. Rose, apricot, mullberry and fig jams, butter, cheese, crumble cheese, yoghurt; all home made by our mum. Would you like a fried egg, boiled or scrambled? We prepare them for you; best eggs from our own chickens and much more.

Our late lunch menu may vary every day depending on the season. Therefor it is not possible to give you a detailed description but pasta or rice, meat, chicken or fish, different kind of salads and mezes, will be served for lunch. Totally about 12 different dishes.
After lunch, watermelon, figs or any other kind of fruit (depending on the season) is served for dessert. All fresh from our mum's garden.
Being such a small group means we all sit around the same table chatting, eating and having a good laugh!

Furthermore, during the whole day we serve a variety of treats such as peanuts, almonds, nuts, turkish delight and fresh fruit.
We can make for you a freshly squeezed orange juice or pomme granate juice and soft and alcoholic drinks are stored in a freezer on board.
All these are at an additional cost. The price of the drinks is the same as you would pay in any café, bar or restaurant.
